NOTE 9 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Other than as described below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. On October 14, 2020, the Company filed a definitive proxy statement with the SEC in connection with the solicitation of proxies for a special meeting of stockholders to be held to approve, among other matters, a proposal to extend the Combination Period to February 11, 2021.
